1) Were can I find the serial number on a unit? Mini50: Just above right rear wheel on frame just below fender.90cc: On the front of the frame between the front wheels.170 / 250 cc: On the frame just below the gear shifter on left side.300cc: Just to the left of the lower A ARM on the right side attached to the frame.125 / 150cc Go Karts: On the frame rail just behind the driver seat.Silver Fox: Under seat and on the frame just above front of muffler.150cc Scooters: Behind plastic removable cover just above floor board.

2) Can I request a purchase history? Yes, at any time a dealer may contact their Territory Manager or call Customer service and request a report to be printed and sent that contains all Iron Mountain purchases by model and month.

3) Do I have to call my Territory manager to place a order? NO. You can call your territory manager, but you may also call the power sports department at 800-753-4943.

4) Do backorders cancel after a specific period of time? NO. All backorders remain active until a dealer calls in to have it cancelled.

5) What purchases accrue my CO-OP dollars? Whole goods orders only. Parts & accessory sales do not build toward CO-OP balances.
